We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Data Analyst to join our innovative HR Analytics team within the People & Culture department. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate with a knack for data visualisation, automation, and analytics to embark on an exciting career journey.

About the Role

As part of our team, you will play a key role in uplifting the organisation’s HR data maturity, contributing to strategic decision-making processes that directly impact our people.   • Data Visualisation: Develop, maintain, and refine interactive dashboards using Power BI to deliver insightful analytics for HR and business leaders.
  • Data Analysis: Dive into large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR and business teams to understand their data needs, translating requirements into impactful solutions.
  • Data Automation: Leverage Python or R to streamline data extraction, transformation, and analysis processes.
  • Reporting: Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Data Integrity: Conduct regular data audits and validation checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, bringing innovative ideas to the team

How can you support the Clean Energy Transition

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 months experience with strong knowledge of Power BI, with experience creating dashboards and visualisations and ability to code in DAX.
  • Proficiency in Python or R for scripting and data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle and interpret large datasets confidently.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A keen desire to learn and grow within the field of HR analytics.
