Are you ready to take on a pivotal leadership role that drives strategic planning and delivery across our Customer business? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join the newly formed Performance Assurance team as the Customer Orchestration & Enablement Leader.

About the Role

As the Customer Orchestration & Enablement Leader, you will play a critical role in managing the strategic alignment, prioritisation and delivery process across the entire Customer business including segments, non-frontline teams, Transformation Office, Investment Committee and technology partners. Reporting to the Head of Performance Assurance, you will lead a team planning and release and readiness experts to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.

  • Work closely with the strategy team to ensure our initiatives align with the Customer Strategic Roadmap. Your role is critical in identifying and prioritising the right work to help us deliver our strategy.
  • Lead the planning and prioritisation of single view of initiatives across whole-of-Customer. Be bold and curious to ensure initiatives are aligned with our strategic goals and unplanned work is managed through effective trade-off decisions.
  • Oversee the release and readiness framework, providing clear visibility of upcoming initiatives and engaging the business around change and risks.
  • Establish and lead a rigorous governance forum to make informed recommendations. Your team will report on initiative-based details to support decision-making.
  • Liaise with Heads of Departments and engage with executives, including CCO and other senior leaders, to ensure alignment and support for strategic decisions.

About You

This role will suit a tenacious leader, with proven experience connecting the dots across a large complex business, aligning projects to strategy.

  • Experience: 8+ years in a senior leadership role with a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and PMO operations.
  • Exceptional planning, organizing, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Authentic, high-integrity leadership with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, strategy, finance, or related fields.
