About the Role
We an exciting 2-year max term opportunity to join EnergyAustralia as our next Administrative Support person for our Hallett Power Station (near Jamestown in South Australia). The role incorporating Reception Duties will also provide the Hallett Power Station Business Operation Specialist with a range of administrative support services which facilitate the effective planning and execution of related Power Station activities. The position is responsible for the provision of supplying business support assistance to the Business Operations Specialist and the small team of subject matter experts, including Engineers, Trades, Finance, Procurement working within and across the various assets in the delivery of technical, operational, maintenance and project related activities.

About You
To be successful in the role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Substantial administrative knowledge and experience in a range of administrative functions including document management and report writing
  • Experience working in a face-to-face environment, requiring a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Substantial knowledge and experience in the use of relevant computer systems, e.g. Microsoft Office, Document Management, SAP systems, and other related business systems such as Maximo CMMS
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise work
  • Collaborative approach & ability to work in a team environment
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, administration, commercial or related field is not essential, but would be advantageous
