About Us
Globally, energy markets are in transition to a net zero future and the entities within these markets are transforming their underlying business models to ensure that they stay relevant, sustainable and profitable. As one of Australia’s largest energy providers, we are proud of our purpose to lead and accelerate the clean energy transformation for all.
Our ability to deliver on this Purpose will be dependent on our people. Our Energy Projects team leads the development and delivery of a diverse portfolio of power generation initiatives that are shaping Australia’s energy future. From modernising coal and gas-fired plants to pioneering cutting-edge technologies like pumped hydro, wind, and large-scale solar, we’re driving the transition to cleaner, more reliable energy. With the capability to self-manage projects or collaborate with leading engineering, procurement, and construction partners, the team plays a vital role in bringing complex energy solutions to life.
Project Document Controller (18 Month FTC)
As a Project Document Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the success of our energy projects by managing critical documentation with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for coordinating internal and external document workflows, ensuring alignment with project specifications, schedules, and governance standards. Your work will directly support the timely delivery of major energy initiatives from solar and wind to pumped hydro and gas revamps.
In addition to day-to-day document control, you’ll help shape the document management strategy for the Energy Projects team, acting as a system administrator and contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of our processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on structure, detail, and collaboration, and who wants to be part of a team driving Australia’s energy transformation.
