Senior Workplace Relations Advisor (12 Month FTC)
Are you an experienced Senior Workplace Relations Advisor or employment & workplace relations lawyer who wants to join a dynamic Workplace Relations team? In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor across the business, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, from performance and behaviour management to restructures, injuries, and disciplinary processes. You’ll also play a key role in supporting our industrial relations strategy, working closely with employee representatives, regulators, and tribunals on workplace change, dispute resolution, and enterprise bargaining.
This is a collaborative role where you’ll partner with our People Support Hub and P&C Business Partners to drive proactive, people-focused solutions. If you're passionate about fostering a fair, compliant, and high-performing workplace, we’d love to hear from you.
