About the team:
The Accelerated Performance BU plays a critical role in orchestrating the flow of work, strategic prioritisation, resource allocation for growth work, single backlog management, and performance governance coordination for the Customer business.
Purpose of the Role
Reporting into the Portfolio & Release Leader, the Change and Readiness Lead is integral to effective change management, collaborating closely with squads, CCOE/Segments, and other stakeholders. This role involves comprehending the impact of changes on teams, validating impacts, collecting essential data, and conducting detailed change briefing sessions. The incumbent is tasked with supporting readiness and release planning, participating in sync sessions, and ensuring precise documentation of change snapshots in Jira.

We are looking for someone with experience in change & readiness management and awareness of change principles. You will also need to have a solid understanding of our front-line business coupled with exceptional influencing and communication skills to ensure streamlined change communication and preparation across the organization.
We will expect you to have experience in transformational change, project management expertise and a comprehensive awareness of change management principles and tools. Previous experience with using Jira is highly desirable.
