About the role – 7 Month Contract

Reporting to the Program Director, the Change Lead will effectively deliver business change management activities in an organisation-wide Regulatory & Compliance uplift program. A key focus will be to ensure the desired Compliance uplift outcomes are achieved with buy in from the business and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

• Lead the development and delivery of the Change Management Strategy across allocated projects and initiatives 
• Develop and execute change delivery plans and ensure these activities are integrated into the overarching project delivery schedule
• Implement structured methodologies to drive faster adoption and ensuring smooth transition during organisational shifts
• Assess change readiness prior to go live and action and monitor interventions
• Regular status reporting with key stakeholders
• Contribute to the continual improvement of the EnergyAustralia enterprise change management framework, methodologies

About You:

You will have strong experience in large scale planning, development and delivery of enterprise wide programs that have effected multiple areas of an organisation. Additionally, you will have some of the following competencies;

• Extensive organisational change management experience, including large scale business regulatory & compliance programs (minimum 5 years experience)
• Large scale planning, development and delivery of enterprise wide programs along with the ability to be agile and flexible when required
• Strong written & verbal communication skills, along with excellent workshop facilitation skills
• Extensive experience in organisational communication, including facilitating workshops & group discussions
• Strong awareness of ADKAR principles and use of formal change management frameworks, methodologies and tools Experience in either Waterfall/Hybrid/Agile delivery (and accompanying certifications)
• Tertiary Qualification or relevant experience within Project Management, Business Administration or adjacent
