About You

We are looking for a proven leader with experience in industrial operations, ideally within power generation. You will bring:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Experience in shift-based or industrial operations, with a deep understanding of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
