About the Team
The Customer Transformation Team is a program of work that has been established to transform the way the Customer business operates. The challenge for this newly formed team is to ensure our delivery is purposeful & sustainable in the short term and drives a competitive value proposition for our customers in the long term.
About the Role
The Senior Change Manager – Customer Transformation is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex transformational change related to the implementation of a new enterprise customer service technology solution. This program will drive significant change across the Customer business and into other enterprise functions, impacting systems, processes, roles, and customer experiences.
If successful, you will design and conduct complex change analysis, lead change planning, and ensure readiness and adoption across impacted areas. Key to your success will be your ability to collaborate closely with the Transformation Program team, system vendors, and a dedicated change delivery team (including Communications, Training, and Organisational Development Leads). About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and experienced change manager, with demonstrated success leading large scale change management initiatives within complex programs. Specific experience supporting customer management and/or billing system implementations, process redesign, and operating model transformation are appealing.
