This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Project Services/Controls Lead to manage cost and schedule processes across a portfolio of projects. You’ll ensure projects stay on track by providing expert guidance on budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and reporting. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll drive risk management, quality assurance, and effective project delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall project cost and schedule process across a portfolio of projects, including tracking budgets, forecasting, and scheduling.
  • Provide expert advice on cost control and project scheduling to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget.
  • Monitor and report on project risks, issues, and scope changes, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives and strategy.
  • Oversee the quality management function, ensuring projects adhere to governance standards and best practices.
  • Facilitate regular project reporting, including progress updates and key milestone achievements.
  • Work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to drive high performance and project success.

 

About You

  • 10+ years of experience in project services/Controls, cost control, or project management roles, with a strong understanding of cost and schedule management methodologies.
  • Experience in using project management software. For example InEight, P6, SAP, PowerBI, and experience in earned value analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage project risks, issues, and changes while maintaining alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert advice on cost control and project scheduling.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Undergraduate qualifications in Engineering, Business (Finance or Accounting), , or a related discipline, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
