Reporting to the Head of Product and Marketing, we have a rare opportunity for a Customer Analytics and Insights Leader to play a crucial role in transforming our ability understand our customers and ensure we are putting their needs at the centre of our decisions.  The team power the broader customer team through advanced analytics, behavioural insights and customer research.

Responsibilities include

  • Leadership of Data science, Customer Research, Data Automation and Insights team’s driving customer insights, building advanced prediction models and supporting our Martech data platforms
  • Uplift and extend the data and analytics capabilities of the customer business in support of both BAU activities and strategic priorities
  • Support Martech data transformation, ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations
  • Champion customer insight and research, linking customer persona / segment to usable insights to support product development, customer experience, acquisition and retention strategies
  • Collaboration with Customer leadership team, Enterprise data office, Finance & Trading teams, and 3rd party data vendors ensuring efficient, accurate and relevant information to deliver on our strategy
  • Leadership across the Customer Business and Enterprise, developing a high performing and engaged team

About You

  • Conceptual and lateral thinker with proven experience leading the development customer centric data strategies and roadmaps
  • Significant leadership experience in data analytics and insights within sophisticated environments
  • Demonstrated experience in implementation of major change projects – process, people, and culture associated with data analytics initiatives
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills from Board through to front line, including external stakeholders such as regulators.
