About the Team
The Product Strategy Team play a crucial role in delivering customer-centric products for our retail business. They are responsible for owning product roadmaps and managing the entire product lifecycle, from new product development through to end-of-life, ensuring all products comply with relevant consumer regulations.
About the Role
Reporting to the Product Strategy Leader, in collaboration with the Product Lead, the Product Specialist is accountable for ensuring we bring together customer research, insights, business data and energy regulation to ensure that we develop and maintain customer centric products that align with customer strategy and customer value proposition outcomes.
