People & Culture Graduate

As a People & Culture Graduate you’ll be at the centre of shaping our workplace experience. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you’ll collaborate closely with our P&C teams to help bring our strategic vision to life supporting key initiatives, driving continuous improvement projects, and tracking progress to ensure we’re delivering meaningful outcomes. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to impactful work, and grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Some of key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting internal communications that keep our teams informed and inspired
  • Keeping our People & Culture shared drives organised and up to date
  • Enhancing our intranet presence through regular reviews and improvements
  • Supporting P&C initiatives, projects, and workshops that shape our workplace culture
  • Managing merchandise inventory to ensure our teams have what they need
  • Assisting with calendar coordination and scheduling to keep things running smoothly
  • Supporting our Talent Acquisition team with contract generation, inbox management and background checks
  • Creating reports that help us track progress and make informed decisions

How can you support the Clean Energy Transition

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:

  • A degree in either Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Social Science, or a relatable field
  • A curious mindset, a proactive attitude, and a passion for learning
  • Strong interpersonal skills where you build trust and collaborate with ease
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • A natural communicator who can inspire and align others toward shared goals
  • Creative problem-solving and a knack for thinking ahead
  • Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in data, you enjoy uncovering insights and telling meaningful stories
  • Sharp attention to detail and a drive for quality outcomes and excellent time management and organisational skills
