PMO Lead, Regulatory & Compliance

About the role - 6 month Day Rate Contract

Joining an important new regulatory & compliance uplift project spanning the whole enterprise, the PMO Lead will be accountable for management of PMO resources and ensuring the Project Office Management functions are set up, maintained and quality assurance cadences are in place. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Cost management; focus on detailed maintenance, monitoring and reporting of project budget, actuals, and forecast
  • Project schedule management
  • Oversight of procurement activities associated with the project
  • Management of vendors to ensure project milestones are successfully achieved
  • Board & Steering committee reporting, amongst other required reporting and/or presentations 
  • Oversee document management best practice and communication management with associated stakeholders

 

About You:

You will be responsible for managing project governance across an important program of work, crucial to overall company success. This role will require some of the following:

  • Large scale enterprise PMO Lead / Management (5+ years of experience desirable)
  • Experience working in regulatory and compliance programs of work
  • Highly developed organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Can quickly build collaborative interpersonal and stakeholder relationships with project team members, external vendors and other people across the organisation
  • Good understanding of project financial management processes
  • Experience in facilitating and leading workshops and discussions with
  • Understanding of the project management discipline and delivery frameworks
  • Proficient in using standard business/project software such as SAP, MS Project, Word, PowerPoint etc
