We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate Consultants to join our CUSTOMER CONNECTIONS teams in Geelong for early 2025!

About the role
As a consultant in our Customer Connections Team, you will:

  • Complete a 6-week Training program (fully onsite Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm for training period) 
  • Be responsible for end-to-end new connection management including paperwork validation, quoting and service order management
  • Assist with solar panel meter reconfigurations
  • Manage meter abolishment’s, additions, and alterations
  • Liase with & provide clarification to plumbers/electricians where required
  • Handle complex service order enquiries requiring investigation

What we’re looking for

  • The ability to work within a structured schedule
  • Past experience in a team with KPI’s/targets
  • Confidence in navigating multiple computer applications
  • Experience in a call centre environment is highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to actively listen and clearly communicate
  • Manage high-volume calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow compliance processes and procedures
  • Embrace continuous learning and 1:1 coaching
