EnergyAustralia will continue to recruit but in a different way. Video or phone interviews will replace the normal face-to-face interactions. As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will support our residential customers by taking inbound calls and handling complex sales inquiries. Key focus areas on a day-to-day basis:

  • Proactively promote EnergyAustralia's products and services through upselling and cross-selling 
  • Have a strong desire for meeting individual sales KPIs, supported by weekly coaching sessions to build capability
  • Actively participate in coaching sessions, team huddles and team meetings to improve personal and team performance
  • Engage our customers in high-quality conversations to resolve their sales enquiry with empathy and understanding
  • Ensure all calls are handled in accordance with our quality standards and industry regulations
  • Understand and follow the correct process on each call, utilising EnergyAustralia’s knowledge management systems
  • Skillfully use a wide variety of systems and tools to access information and assist customers.

Being Bold and Moving Fast at EnergyAustralia
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, starting 12 September 2022 and you will be working on a rotating roster Monday to Friday 8am – 7pm AEST. You will work flexibly between your home and office. You will need a safe, confidential and quiet workspace at home with an internet speed of 15MBPS or above. In your first few months at EnergyAustralia you will be in training to develop your skills and capabilities with your new team.
