About the role
This role will see you work on the land of Wurundjeri people who are the traditional owners in Melbourne and with your colleagues together have 100 years of internal TA expertise and continue to bring new industry research and best practices across the full scope of TA to EnergyAustralia. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Leader who is based in Brisbane, EnergyAustralia’s flexible workplace behaviours are underpinned by our Industry recognised Energise program which enables a “team approach” on flex working style, flex work and flex collaboration that sets us all up for success! Our 2MQ Melbourne Head Office offers green energy and sustainably built open plan, collaborative, and quiet zones tailoring to activities that require more people interactions vs. working from home.
Our new team member will be a high contributor to maintaining team consistency, engagement, and alignment to EnergyAustralia’s culture and future purpose to be an irresistible organisation and energy sector leader. The role will see you lead up to 25 open roles from market mapping, job scoping, integrated recruitment marketing, strategic sourcing, hiring leader business partnering, full scope of candidate engagement through to offer management including interfacing with our HRIS – Successfactors platform. This role is dynamic, fast paced, purposeful and you will find yourself delivering meaningful work that goes far beyond “job in job out” mentality!
Extensive internal talent acquisition experience with natural leadership qualities will showcase your capabilities to be proactive, be initiative, be self-motived, be a trusted business partner and seek to collaborate with your People & Culture colleagues. Key TA projects include linking our Capability Framework within the hiring process, New approach to Internal Mobility, Fit for purpose Onboarding Experience, Right sizing & streamlining talent admin tasks, Uplifting Hiring Leaders capabilities, Attracting Diverse talent in an inclusive manner and pivoting to the ever-changing employer value proposition including hybrid ways of working.
Whilst you are leading one impactful TA project at a time, we will enjoy watching you leverage your experience within Technology, Engineering, Corporate Services, Project Management when applying best practice internal TA principles and practices including A-Class talent headhunting & market mapping. Previous experience working as a superuser within Page Up will be ideal, as we continue our journey of optimising this platform and our range of attraction, selection, and candidate care tech tools, which should be common in your previous roles.
