About the Team and Role
The purpose of the People & Culture function is to create an irresistible organisation by building people capability, inspiring growth and shaping our culture today and tomorrow. We know we’re successful when our people perform at their best, grow their careers and deliver great results for EnergyAustralia.
Our Advisory team works across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboaring and everything in between. As strong problem solvers and collaborators, the Advisor role requires someone who loves working in a fast moving team, supporting day to day operational needs as well as delivering impactful projects that build a leading people experience.
What you’ll be working on;
- Provide advice and support to our people and leaders on Employment Legislation, Remuneration and Benefits, Policy & Procedures, People Systems (Success Factors) and Company Enterprise Agreements
- Support and develop our leaders to own and manage cases around Performance, Health & Wellbeing, Grievances and Disputes
- Support end-to-end People Experience programs – such as Performance and Development, Employee Engagement Survey, Onboarding and Offboarding, People Team Intranet, key Policies (etc), in collaboration with the wider P&C team
- Undertake reporting on People related data, conducting analysis and providing insights to inform and guide decisions
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and continually drive process improvements
- Maintain our HRIS (SuccessFactors) ensuring high data integrity and creating a positive, simple and productive user experience.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in HR with 5+ years demonstrated industry experience
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and time management enabling you to balance operational and project work
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Reporting, analytical and people insights skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to comfortably guide and coach leaders, escalating for support where appropriate
- Ability to build positive high trust relationships across our business
