About the Team
The Business Marketing team is responsible for building the EnergyAustralia Brand in line with our strategy and importantly developing initiatives and campaigns which drive customer warmth, customer interest, customer advocacy and ultimately leads which can be converted by our various channels in sales. In addition, the marketing team is responsible for the management of the digital channel as well as supporting the development to position EA Business as a credible and trusted energy partner for Business.
We’re a small, tight team, so the ability to switch between getting your hands dirty to deliver work on the fly, whilst being able to step back to contribute to the campaign's direction and strategy is a must. We also enjoy attending Volunteer days, catching up for lunch and coming into the office once a month.
About the role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will partner with internal and external creative and media agencies to develop compelling marketing campaigns and media plans for our Business customers. You will Lead and manage customer acquisition programs targeting small, medium and multi-site business customers across the market nationally. Specifically:
- Business Customer marketing and campaign activity for new and existing customers
- Drive the digital and non-digital communication strategy for our Business Customers
- Marketing operational support including advising on channel mix and briefings
- Produce sales and marketing collateral to support sales
- Provide clear direction to internal stakeholders and agencies to ensure the strategy is well understood.
You'll work with, and learn from, thought leaders across the business and play a significant role in delivering high-profile business objectives.
About you
We are looking for a degree qualified Marketer who is results-oriented and a problem solver. You must have significant experience managing digital assets and using a range of digital tools. Experience developing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns in a complex environment will ensure you will lead the way with EnergyAustralia. This role is suited to someone who is passionate about campaign management, implementation and production processes and how this relates to the online space.
