About the role
As an Energy Sales and Service Consultant, you will support our residential customers by taking inbound calls and responding to general service enquiries, as well as introducing our current customers to some of our great EnergyAustralia products and services.  

This includes:

  • Build great rapport with our customers to provide positive experiences and outcomes
  • Identify and resolve complex customer queries
  • Proactively identify opportunities to promote EnergyAustralia products and services
  • Become a master in the use of a wide variety of systems and tools to access information and help the customers

This is a permanent full time opportunity starting on 20th June 2022. You will work on a rotating roster Monday to Friday between 8am and 7pm (37.5 hours per week) with no weekend work! This role will allow you to work from the office located in Geelong CBD 1 to 2 days a week with the remainder days from home.

  • Confidence in navigating multiple computer applications
  • The ability to work a structured schedule and in a KPI/target focused team
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to actively listen and clearly communicate tailored solutions and cross sell products
  • Manage high volume calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow compliance processes and procedures
