About Us
EnergyAustralia provides smart, innovative energy solutions. To enable our customers to engage with us more effectively, we’re growing our internal team of front-end, back-end, and full-stack developers to help us expand our digital capability and deliver easy and effortless digital experiences.
About the team
The team is a cross-functional blend of front end, back end and full stack developers, who manage and own their applications from cloud infrastructure and services to CSS and design. Each team also has UI/UX, Product Owners, BA, Testers and Scrum Masters to support delivery.
About the role
We are looking for someone to invest in for the long term. We will bring the good tech stack, mentoring and quality processes, what we need from you is to be inquisitive and have a growth mindset. Ideally you will understand why testing and automation are important but you will want to know more.
This is a collaborative environment where we work to the Agile principles, focusing on our customer when evaluating our backlog of work including our technical debt for value. You will be working with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders and be supported to deliver the best customer outcome.

• TypeScript
• Jenkins, Azure DevOps

• Jest/Jasmine

What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role and environment, you are a Snr Developer with a can-do attitude. You bring enthusiasm to what you do and are able to mentor more junior team members.
In addition, you will possess the following:
- 5+ years exposure to Drupal CMS and or PHP
- Exposure to Agile, DevOps, AWS, CI/CD, and automation testing
- Knowledge of cyber security
- Good communication skills
