About the team
We are excited to pilot our first interstate team, this will be our first fully remote workforce located in Adelaide. We are offering a 12-month position – Monday to Friday rotating roster 7:30AM – 3:00PM & 10:00AM - 6:00PM (37.5 hours). Starting on Monday 29th August 2022, you will provided an excellent training program over a period a 7 week period.
Our goal is to be more than just an energy retailer to our customers, but rather to be a trusted energy advisor that our business customers can depend on. Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. We have weekly coaching sessions, huddles, and team meetings so we can interact collaboratively and continuously look at ways to improve our services and processes for our customers. We are passionate about progressing our people and have our own in-house development program that we offer our aspiring future leaders.
About the role
As a Business Energy Consultant, you will be interacting with small to medium business customers and will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive exceptional end to end service when dealing with us regarding their sale and billing needs. Customer service is an essential part of this opportunity and the team’s top priority is to make sure our business customers receive the best experience every time.
You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about providing an exceptional customer service and sales experience while being motivated to achieve call objectives and targets. You will be a creative problem solver with the ability to work within set parameters as well as a have a high level of attention to detail and be able to identify and link benefits to our customers based on their business needs. You will possess a strong work ethic, team spirit, positive personality, and patience.
