What the Role will Offer

Reporting to the Leader for Service Management, the role of Gradudate ServiceNow Developer is to couple knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with business processes and application to design, build, and support robust ServiceNow business integrations and processes. The purpose of the Graduate Incident Response Specialist role is to provide the incumbent with experience as a S’now practitioner as they assist with the delivery of the company’s enhancement requests and Business-as-usual (BAU).The role’s overall responsibility is to ensure timely response and handling of requests and incidents to minimize business impact, financial loss. This role is an integral part of the Service Excellence in the Information Technology (IT) domain.

We will enjoy Leveraging;

Your recently  attained, or be in the last year of study towards, a recognised university degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent. Our Energise "Flexibility" plans will help you collaborate, learn and share business knowledge with your colleagues both in the office and virtually that enables each of us to be the best we can everyday and deliver positive business outcomes. We will leverage your sound technical skills in Javascript, Powershell, CSS, HTML when working through business complexities and your strong reasoning with competence to investigate, analyse and draw appropriate conclusions will help our team. 

Additionally your strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to gather and critically evaluate information and work in team environment and Angular, Jelly, Web Service (REST/SOAP) initial technical skills will help our teams provide continuous improvement projects, ideas to collaborate more broadly and offer you new learning opportunities across the technology division.
