About the role:

We are looking for a Pricing Operations Specialist to join EnergyAustralia. In this role, you will carry out an evaluation of all distributors proposed network and retail tariffs or charges, including ongoing improvement, accuracy, and timely delivery of configuration.  This role is heavily focused on building relationships across EA and ensuring that Pricing Operations are delivering the needed interactions with the business.

The role also looks to implement pricing and product strategies in coordinated and effective ways seamlessly across all EA functions and systems that deliver excellent customer experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Business analysis or planning/scheduling skills
  • The ability to interface with Technology to deploy new Propositions or Pricing in a timely and dynamic manner
  • Understanding regulatory or competition changes to assess impacts upon EnergyAustralia
  • Developing analysis and insights into our customers.
  • Working knowledge of energy Network Tariffs / retail pricing and charging models
  • Experience with pricing / charging / billing modelling
