About the role

EnergyAustralia are offering a great opportunity for a People and Project Planning Analyst to join the team and support Technology in relation to all time sheeting management. Based out of our head office in Docklands, you will Liaise and build rapport with project community and Line Managers to assist with time sheeting issues relating to both S4Hanna and Fieldglass.

As part of your key responsibilities, you will.

  • Managing/Actioning Mytimesheeting inbox 
  • Send out weekly timesheet reminders for S4Hanna users
  • Allocate WBS codes to contractor’s timesheets to ensure correct recovery to projects
  • Create and maintain activity templates within FieldGlass
  • Basic financial reporting and analysis, which includes SAP/Fieldglass (e.g POs) and timesheet compliance reporting
  • Develops and maintains trusted relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely and relevant consultation in relation to people planning processes and services
  • Regular proactive engagement of stakeholders to understand the requirements and priorities for people services

What we’re looking for:

  • Tertiary or TAFE qualifications relevant to position
  • Good understanding of project financial management processes
  • Outcome and improvement focused; proactive, business minded, result-oriented and able to satisfy internal customer expectations despite the dynamic business environment and changing user demands
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills across all levels of the organisation
  • Strong planning and organising skills; effectively prioritises and meets designated timeframes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in developing collaborative relationships
