About the role

Join the Business Sales & Service team as a Marketing Campaign & Execution Lead In this 12-month contract. you will guide and support through strategy, design, and delivery of effective omnichannel marketing campaigns in line with key Marketing and Business KPIs for Small and Medium Business Customers. Reporting to the Business Marketing Leader you will provide end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, manage campaign activity aligned with Industry Vertical Partnerships Strategy, and Manage Go To Market activity aligned to the overall Business Marketing plan.

Day to day responsibilities would include:

  • Lead and manage the industry vertical marketing program. 
  • Lead a program of ongoing communications to retain existing customers and acquire new customers 
  • Work with internal stakeholders, external agencies & partners on marketing campaign design and execution.
  • Drive an ongoing test and learn improvement program to enhance campaign performance.

You will also need the following:

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or commerce or related discipline
  • Significant Marketing experience in competitive retail to consumer business
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and management skills including the ability to adapt your working style to different people and environments.
  • Technical Capabilities: Analytical Processes; Commercial Acumen; Customer Service Delivery; Digital Processes and Innovation; Managing Change; Marketing Commercialization; Numerical Skills; Performance Management; Planning and Organizing; Project Tracking and Reporting; Risk Management; Marketing and Advertising Vendor and Agency Management, Third Party & Partner Management; Writing skills.
