The purpose of the Propositions team is to create innovative products and propositions through customer-led design, expertise and collaboration that demonstrate value to customers and benefits to our business over the end-to-end lifecycle.
About the Role
We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join the Customer Business unit at EnergyAustralia as the Propositions Lead. In this highly visible and highly influential role, you will design and build compelling propositions and manage products over their lifecycle targeting value opportunities in the consumer based on data-driven customer insights.
The role will provide strategic input to solve customer and industry problems in innovative ways allowing EnergyAustralia to grow value in the market, as well as use analytics and insights to create unique propositions aligned with the Customer Plan and Strategy
to drive customer growth and retention. You will also work within the broader Customer Business unit to manage products over their lifecycle to build trust with customers and increase share of wallet.
What we’re looking for
To be successful in this role you will have significant experience developing customer propositions within a marketing or product operations environment. Your strong commercial and analytics acumen and ability to drive and deliver on strategy, execution, reporting and insights will be essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will help you build and maintain strong business relationships across your stakeholders.
You will also need the following:
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business/Commerce or similar
- Experience in the development and achievement of consumer/business product strategies in a complex regulated industry (e.g. utilities, telecommunications, finance or insurance)
- Proven relationship management, negotiation & influencing skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff and management at all levels
