EnergyAustralia is one of Australia's largest energy companies providing smart, innovative energy solutions for 1.7 million customers. We are in an exciting transformation and are committed to becoming a world-class organisation with the customer at the heart of everything we do.
About the role:
The Compliance Leader’s purpose is to ensure EnergyAustralia has a systematic compliance management and governance framework to support our business strategy and uphold high compliance performance standards across our operations.
You will drive the development and implementation of EnergyAustralia’s compliance strategy, policy, governance, systems and records management. Collectively referred to as our ‘Regulatory Compliance Assurance Program’ or RCAP.

This includes delivering the necessary systems and processes to effectively support the business unit facing compliance staff, and provide transparent effective governance oversight of EnergyAustralia's compliance risks and performance for the EA executive, Audit and Risk Committee and Board.
You will develop and lead a team of Compliance Advisors involved in providing advice to enterprise business units and supporting core compliance processes across the broader Regulatory Compliance team and organisation.
