About the role:

The Team Leader (Home Acquisition) is responsible for leading, motivating & coaching a team of 12 - 14 Sales Consultants to achieve sales and customer service business objectives. Based at our Flinders Customer Sales Centre, you will be responsible for:

  • Side by side coaching.
  • Conducting one on one development discussions with your team.
  • Fostering a working environment to deliver excellence in sales & customer experience. 
  • Analysing data with a view to identifying opportunities for sales and process improvement.
  • Play a key role in the implementation of the Connect coaching framework into the Customer Sales Centre.
  • Supporting the Group Leader with projects as required.

 What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrated sales management experience of a medium to large sized team.
  • Strong experience in a sales contact centre environment.
  • Previous experience in coaching, mentoring and developing a high performing sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales and customer drivers.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the opportunity to draw conclusions from data.
  • Strong self-awareness and ability to draw on your experience to bring new ideas to take the team forward.
