About the role:
The Team Leader (Home Acquisition) is responsible for leading, motivating & coaching a team of 12 - 14 Sales Consultants to achieve sales and customer service business objectives. Based at our Flinders Customer Sales Centre, you will be responsible for:
Side by side coaching.
Conducting one on one development discussions with your team.
Fostering a working environment to deliver excellence in sales & customer experience.
Analysing data with a view to identifying opportunities for sales and process improvement.
Play a key role in the implementation of the Connect coaching framework into the Customer Sales Centre.
Supporting the Group Leader with projects as required.

What we're looking for:
Demonstrated sales management experience of a medium to large sized team.
Strong experience in a sales contact centre environment.
Previous experience in coaching, mentoring and developing a high performing sales team.
Strong understanding of sales and customer drivers.
Exceptional relationship building skills and stakeholder management.
Excellent analytical skills with the opportunity to draw conclusions from data.
Strong self-awareness and ability to draw on your experience to bring new ideas to take the team forward.
